ArtSpecifier was founded by people who are passionate about art and have worked for decades in the international art world, have launched and run successful businesses, and are committed to creating creative communities.
Joyce Creiger, ArtSpecifier Founder and CEO, is an entrepreneur who has founded numerous successful art businesses, including The Creiger Group, an art consulting firm, and Creiger-Dane Contemporary Art Gallery. Joyce is widely recognized as one of the leading art consultants working today, collaborating with hundreds of businesses, collectors, and organizations. She is the co-founder of ArtBeCause Breast Cancer Foundation and is deeply committed to using art to address important social issues. She was instrumental in the formation of the Danforth Museum. Joyce is an artist with a BA from Boston University in art history.
Cathy Huban, Coordinator of Marketing and Member Services, has a strong background in project management, marketing, advertising, customer service and developing organizational systems. She spent five years as the executive director of the Public Action Arts Endowment in Boston, an organization dedicated to preserving the arts and supporting youth programs.
Jeff Holloway, Web and Software Developer, has extensive experience in web programming, software development, project management, customer support, and developing creative solutions to complex challenges. Jeff holds a BS in computer science and a BA in English from Middle Tennessee State University.
Steve Edson, Producer and Director ArtLink, is a photographer and owner of Visual Stream Productions, an innovative website and design company. Steve has exhibited his art throughout the United States and his photographs are in the permanent collections of over 1,500 corporate and individual collections including The Marriott Hotel, The Princess Hotel in Bermuda, The Hilton Hotel, and the Lenox Hotel in Boston. Edson graduated from The Massachusetts College of Art and Design and has taught at the Boston Architectural College.
Susan Albert, Marketing Consultant, has decades of experience as an art consultant, public relations specialist, project manager and business developer. She has specialized experience acquiring art for new hotels and for many years developed and directed the largest art rental program in the nation. Susan holds a BA from William Smith College.
