Amy Kaufman, acclaimed for her unique painted monotypes and paintings, received her B.A. from Brandeis University where she learned printmaking from Michael Mazur, and her M.F.A. from University of Pennsylvania. She is a Corporate Artist of DeCordova Museum Corporate Program as well as a juried artist member of Cambridge Art Association and Cape Cod Art Association.
Her art was juried by Theodore Stebbins, Curator of American Art, Harvard University's Fogg Museum, for CAA Northeast Prize Show; juried by Arthur Dion, Director Gallery NAGA, for CAA 66th Annual Members Prize Show; and juried by Howard Yezerski, Howard Yezerski Gallery, for CAA Red exhibition. Her art was featured on TV NECN, Dream House: Elderly Home; at Boston Design Center: Dream Home; and the annual Southern New England Home magazine and juried into 2013 Community of Artists exhibition at Danforth Museum of Art.
