I have been an artist for over 30 years.
My studies and training took place in Germany (Kunsthochschule Bremen), France (Ecole d’Art de Fontainebleau, Atelier de Frans Schuursma, Paris) and in the United States (Woodstock School of Art)
My primary mediums are oil and acrylic on canvas. In my newest work I have also made prints, using netting and ink, as well as collages and installations.
My work has been exhibited in France, Germany, and the United States (Goethe-Institut Boston, Galetea Fine Art, Boston, Corporate Lending Programs)
Currently my art explores the technical and symbolic possibilities of nets and networks, specifically how we react to existential conflicts which threaten our freedom and how networks inform human interaction.
