Born in 1932, I am a lifelong New Yorker  a graduate of Cooper Union. and am represented in the Smithsonian Institution’s Archives of American Art. My aesthetic vision has always been deeply rooted in the urban geometry of my surroundings. This is evident in my earlier works of geometric abstraction as well as in more recent architecturally-based mixed media works which capture the energy an d vitality of the ever-changing urban landscape. My works are included in the permanent collections of the Museum of Arts & Design, New York, the Newark Museum, Newark, NJ, the Central Museum of Textiles, Lodz, Poland, the Racine Art Museum, Racine, WI, the International Quilt Museum, Lincoln, NE, the American Quilt Museum, Paducah, KY, and the U.S, State Department in addition to private and corporate collections internationally.
