I've been an artist my entire life. Since receiving my fine arts degree at the University of California Santa Barbara I have created bodies of work in representational collage, abstract collage, digital painting, and lately have been focusing on biomorphic abstract acrylic painting. My present work is about the magnificence and mystery of nature. Color is the primary element I focus on, and the image comes about as I experiment with unusual applicators and methods of putting down and removing paint.
My artwork has been seen in many group exhibits in museums and galleries throughout the United States and in some European countries. I am currently represented and exhibit regularly at 10 West Gallery and the Corridan Gallery in Santa Barbara. Lately a number of my paintings have been used in the television industry on episodes of Man with a Plan, The Big Bang Theory, The Catch, and others.
