Joining Together 

ArtSpecifier’s Joining Together initiative collaborates with organizations and individuals from though-out the world.

The goal of Joining Together is not merely to passively “give back” but rather to research, develop, and implement innovative ways that art, artists and creativity can make a difference in our communities and in the world.

Joining Together is a laboratory for creativity that fosters interdisciplinary communication, projects and special events.

For example: ArtSpecifier founder Joyce Creiger and Ellie Anbinder cofounded ArtbeCAUSE  Breast Cancer Foundation in 2000, with proceeds from Creiger's Boston gallery, to identify and eradicate the causes of breast cancer. From its beginnings art has both illuminated and propelled the mission of ArtbeCAUSE  Breast Cancer Foundation.
