Working with communities and collaborating with a diverse population of clients and designers for over 27 years has broadened my view of art in general, allowing me to grow immensely in my own artistic discipline. My mosaic installations are created with stained glass to avoid the chipping nature of ceramic materials. My hand-blended, detailed grouting allows me to tie multiple glass hues together while feathering color transitions and shading in seamless form. Unlike the growing number of public artists outsourcing the fabrication of their installations, I personally handle all materials and oversee all projects from inception to completion. Each piece is carefully hand-snipped and positioned in my studio, never handed off to a third party for creation. My indoor and outdoor works continue to stand up to the elements in numerous industrial, commercial, retail, and residential settings, requiring minimal to no maintenance along the way.
