I have been a practicing and exhibiting visual artist for aver 40 years exploring many avenues of expression until I developed what I call my " Internal Visual Language". This language helps tell stories I want to express through the use of oil on canvas and watercolor/colored pencil on paper. My studies began at the High School of Art and Design in New York City. Following my military service as a technical illustrator, I continued studying as a student at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. I currently exhibit through my association as an affiliate artist at the Viridian Gallery, New York, as well as through the Cambridge Art Association, Cambridge Massachusetts. I received several awards including the Saint Botolph Artist Foundation Award, the Helen Bumpus Gallery Artist Memorial Prize and the Cambridge Art Association National Prize Show Directors Award.
