With a weight of roughly .059 ounces per square inch, enough durability to resist scratches from fingernails, and archival properties 100 years longer than any paper based medium, printing on metal may become the future standard for all digital imagery. In addition, the entire image printing process releases no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), resulting in one of the cleanest methods for producing aluminum print production.
